Customization Notes

  • process:
    Demand assessment → quotation confirmation → contract signing → sample production → mass production → shipment
  • Items:
    In order to ensure quality, we usually give priority to works that have been produced, and arrange and combine them in colors, styles and shapes that have been produced. We can further make fine adjustments in terms of size and shape. If no similar styles are found, you are welcome to discuss with us.
  • quantity:
    1 piece is enough, especially suitable for sample prototype, small quantity production and gifts. If it is customized for commercial needs, the minimum order quantity and pricing may be different, welcome to discuss.
  • Accuracy:
    The precision of handmade thermoforming may vary by 1 to 3 cm and may not be completely level. If you plan to combine other materials or parts, it is recommended to wait until the glass is completed before doing so.
  • size:
    Usually, the length, width and height are 6~25 cm each. Too large or too small may cause a significant increase in price. The thickness is usually fixed between 3~10mm, depending on the item and process, and is usually slightly heavier than the container produced by the mold.
  • color:
    Colored glass is usually made from minerals, so the expected color and pattern may be slightly different from the actual color. Also, due to the stretching properties of glass during production, the selected color may differ from the expected color due to different shapes.
    Transparent glass uses some environmentally friendly recycled materials, and may have errors in transparency, black spots, tiny bubbles, etc., which will not affect the quality of use.
  • Material:
    The material used for this work is a self-mixed, handmade soda-lime glass. It is not heat-resistant glass, so please be careful to avoid strong impact or sudden temperature changes.
  • cost:
    Usually the price per piece is $1,200~$4,500. The actual situation depends on factors such as complexity, materials, and production time. Usually, there will be preferential prices for quantities of more than 20 pieces due to reduced costs. Please make preliminary considerations based on this budget. In addition, if you purchase frequently or in large quantities, the price may be lower than the above cost. Welcome to contact us for discussion.
  • Schedule:
    The production time for samples is about 3~4 weeks, and production starts about 5~6 weeks after sample confirmation. Please consider the time for discussion. If the color or shape has not been produced before, the production time may be greatly increased.
    A commission requirement of less than 3 weeks may affect quality or increase costs.
  • Lettering:
    If you want to engrave your name, company logo, commemorative greetings, etc. on the item, it will be done by hand, and you need to consider the error in handwriting.
    Because each piece is individually hand-engraved, you can choose different engraving content for each piece.
  • Package:
    In addition to safe delivery, we also provide packaging services. If it is a personal customization, we can provide kraft paper box packaging, or domestic wooden box packaging for an additional fee.
  • How to get started:
    You can tell us the type of product you want to produce, and provide the required items, purpose, quantity, budget, and deadline for further evaluation. The more information we have, the more it can help us make decisions and speed up the customization process.
