How do I shop on the website?

How do I cancel an order?
  • If you want to change the color or style, please log in to the member center to cancel the order directly and place a new order.
  • If you want to modify the delivery information, please click the "Contact" button at the top, provide the "Order Number" and "New Delivery Information", and I will reply to you as soon as possible during working hours.

How long will it take for the order to be shipped?

  • Please log in to the official website account to check, "Order History" will show the order processing status.
  • Ready-made products will be shipped within 3-7 working days. If it is a custom product, please refer to the production time shown on the product page. If it is a national holiday, it will be shipped on the next shipping day.
  • Other delays: Due to certain events and holidays, the shipment volume may increase. We will notify you separately and try to complete the shipment on the normal delivery date. If there are many orders, the shipment may be delayed by 1-2 days. Please forgive us. If the product is found to be insufficient in stock or defective when it is ready for shipment, we will notify you and confirm the shipment.
  • Special delivery schedule requirements: In case of special holidays, such as the Lunar New Year, Valentine's Day, Christmas, and major events, the shipment volume is large, and I will assign additional manpower to pack and ship. Occasionally, the large logistics business volume may cause delays in delivery schedule. Please forgive me, and please let me know your needs and inquire about delivery status at any time.

Can I return/exchange my product?

  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, online stores provide The right to cool-off period of seven days from the day after the product arrives (including holidays).
  • The cooling-off period is not a trial period. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please do not open it and use it, and return it within seven days. Please contact me before returning it.
  • If the product has any defects, please contact me and you can return or exchange it within seven days.
  • The returned product must include the product itself, accessories, inner and outer packaging, accessories, gifts, warranty, complete packaging and all accompanying documents. If the returned product has been unpacked and used, in accordance with Article 259 of the Civil Code, we reserve the right to require the consumer to restore the item to its original condition or bear partial compensation.
  • The original box/bag of the product is part of the product. If it is lost, damaged or missing when returned, it will affect your return rights. The necessary costs for restoring the product to its original state will also be deducted from the refund based on the extent of damage.

International Returns and Exchanges

  • Since China, Hong Kong and Macau are international shipments, there is a chance that customs duties will be charged, which will be borne by the consumer.
  • If there is an international return (including Asia and America), the "shipping fee" must be borne by the consumer, and the "customs duty" actually paid by us will be deducted before refunding. The Taiwan customs duty is about 10~20%, and the details will be attached for proof.

Refund Method

  • After receiving the returned product in its entirety, we will notify you by email that the return is complete. Due to the operating time of the payment system, the refund procedure will be completed within 30 working days after the return is complete. Please understand.
