The Water Mirror - Floating Island Installation (Pre-order item)

Concept

"Water Mirror" is composed of glass, stainless steel, and circulating water. The glass, once flowing like water at high temperatures, solidifies into shape after cooling. Water continuously flows along the glass, making the static material reveal traces of movement once again. The water surface reflects light, the environment, and the observer's reflection, like a gateway to memory, allowing the past and present to overlap on the same water surface.

"Floating Island" depicts springs continuously flowing from mountaintops above the clouds, forming a mirror-like sea at the foot of the mountain. Blurry reflections shimmer in the water mirror, like a gateway to distant lands.

Important reminder: The actual shipped base has been updated to the new style, which is the same as other smaller models. The base will be slightly lower than the stainless steel wall. The raised base shown in the product photos is the old style and is not the current shipping specification.

Key Usage Points

• Installation: For first-time use or after moving, please re-tighten the waterproof connector nut and ensure no leaks. Place on a stable, level indoor surface, avoiding humid, outdoor, direct sunlight, sloped, or vibrating locations.
• Water Level and Maintenance: Typically, water needs to be added every 7-12 days. The water level must cover the pump to prevent dry running. Please check the water level weekly and regularly clean scale and filters.
• Electrical Safety: Before cleaning or putting your hands in the water, be sure to turn off and unplug the power. Do not pull the power cord or disassemble the cable and waterproof connector yourself.
• Cleaning Method: Do not use metal brushes, scouring pads, or fingers to wipe the mirror directly. It is recommended to use a neutral descaling cleaner and a fine fiber cloth.
• Usage Restrictions: The circulating water is not for drinking, nor is it recommended as a pet drinking device. Children under 12 should not use it unsupervised. Please keep it out of reach of children.
• Extended Non-use: If left unattended for a long time, unplug the power and drain the water.

Condensation may form on the bottom due to temperature differences, which is a natural phenomenon and not a leak.
